CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment, and we would be happy to reschedule it for you. 

 

Credit card details are required to secure your booking and are held on file. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation or changes made to your scheduled services. Clients cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the services reserved, if we are unable to fill the appointment.
